Emerald City SCRABBLE® 2008: Parking & Dining

PARKING Suggestions:

Yeah we know. Parking in downtown Seattle is NOT cheap. We've investigated and come up with a few alternatives to the Hotel parking garage:

name/addr hours/price
Grand Hyatt Seattle
721 Pine St
Valet parking: $33+tax per day for hotel guests ($39+tax for non-guests)
Grand Hyatt Seattle
7th between Pike & Pine
8th between Pike & Pine
Self-parking: $29+tax per day
City Centre Parking Garage
5th Ave between Pine & Union
Union between 4th & 5th
Saturday, Sunday: $6/day ($24 overnight) open 8am-Midnight
On-street parking FREE Sunday May 25 and Monday May 26 (holiday)

Note: if you are coming in from out of town and want to avoid paying for parking altogether, you can park your car a Seattle Club member's house and leave it there for the weekend. After all, once you get to the tournament hotel you don't need a car.
